Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Entomology Expert to lead cutting-edge research and collaborate with our Engineering and AI/ML teams. Your insights into pest behavior, pests sounds and ecosystems will drive our innovations in pest detection and advisory systems.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct research on pestbiology, lifecycles, and ecology to inform technology development.
Work with engineers to design IoT-based pest detection devices and validate their effectiveness.
Provide biological datasets to enhance AI/ML models for pest recognition and advisory.
Design field experiments to test and optimize pest detection technologies.
Contribute to research publications, patents, and thought leadership in entomology-driven agri-tech solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: M.Sc. in Entomology or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years (freshers with research aptitude are welcome).
Skills:
-Strong understanding of pest biology and agro-ecosystems.
-Experience in experimental design and data collection.
-Interest in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams.
-Proficiency in analyzing pest trends for actionable insights.
