About DeHaat Job:

DeHaat is an Agritech company headquartered in Patna, that offers end-to-end agricultural  services to the Indian farmers. Dehaat is looking for a Store Manager to join our team in Maharashtra! If you have a passion for agriculture, strong technical and agronomy knowledge, and are eager to work closely with farmers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.  

Lead inventory management, stock levels, and demand aggregation.

Interact directly with farmers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on agricultural products and solutions.

Use your agronomy expertise to offer valuable advice and ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive sales, including cross-selling and upselling of products.

Lead and mentor the store team to meet performance targets. 

Skills & Experience Required:

2+ years of experience in store management, preferably in agriculture or retail.

Strong technical knowledge of agronomy and agriculture-related products.

Experience in farmer interaction and customer relationship management.

Excellent sales skills with a focus on cross-selling and customer service.

B.Sc. Agriculture (or similar qualification) is a must.

Ability to join immediately.
