About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated intern to support the development of our bio-fertilizer division. This role involves working on innovative projects utilizing Bio CBG (Compressed Biogas) slurry to create crop-specific fertilizers. The intern will collaborate with our farm team to develop nutrient management practices and participate in product development and trials. This will be a 6 month paid internship.
Key Responsibilities:
– Bio CBG Systems Understanding: Study Bio CBG slurry production and conversion into fertilizers.
Research equipment and processes for cost-effective production.
– Market Research & Analysis: Analyze trends in the bio-fertilizer industry and competitive landscape.
Study certification processes for bio-fertilizers in India.
Identify gaps in the market for innovative product opportunities.
– Collaboration with Farm Team: Work with the team to assess soil conditions and crop needs.
Assist in developing crop-specific nutrient management plans.
– Fertilizer Development: Participate in trials to refine crop-specific fertilizer formulations.
Monitor soil health, crop yields, and fertilizer impact.
– Reporting & Strategy Development: Document findings, analyze data, and provide recommendations for scaling production.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduates in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Skills:
-Knowledge of bio-fertilizers, nutrient management, and certification processes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to conduct market research and fieldwork.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
