Agrim Wholesale Private Limited is a B2B commerce marketplace for agricultural inputs connecting manufacturers directly with retailers. We are currently onboarding branded seed producers/manufacturers (500+) to service our retail customers (currently 80,000+). We have already onboarded a few brands and are in active discussions with some manufacturers across India.
About the Internship :
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via chat and ticketing systems.
2. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries and issues.
3. Maintain and update customer interaction records.
4. Achieve individual performance targets.
5. Candidates can start their Internship between 11th Dec to 15th Jan, 2024.
Skill required :
-Effective Communication.
-English Proficiency (Spoken, Written).
-Proficient in MS-Excel
Duration : 03 Months
Location : Gurgaon (Work From Office)
